Business Plans

We think every business needs a plan. At minimum, it helps you be more focused, and that increases your odds of success.

But you’ll need a professional plan — meaning one that is appropriately structured for your audience, properly researched, well thought-out and actionable — if you want to:

  • Clarify your business goals and objectives, and develop strategies to achieve them
  • Communicate your business vision to investors, lenders, bankers, partners, family members — or even your boss!
  • Get financing to launch or expand your business
  • Grow your business by identifying new markets and opportunities
  • Revitalize your business if sales are declining or your market is in decline
  • Respond to aggressive new competitors
  • Create a succession plan so you can retire
  • Demonstrate the value of your business so you can sell it for a good price
  • Reorganize your business to give you more time away from it

It’s no wonder that many businesses don’t have a plan — putting one together is lots of hard work. You need to define your goals, research your market, identify your opportunity, formulate your strategy, draft financials, and create an action plan. And it’s like solving a puzzle — every decision and new fact might impact all the rest.

Whether you need to develop a new business plan from scratch or update an existing one, you’ll find that we can get it done faster — and deliver higher-quality results — than you could have done yourself.
